Questions about working with Brivendale

Start with the result you want. That might be understanding an AI tool, organising personal notes, building a website or connecting a specific workflow. These answers explain the shared approach; the relevant service page and written scope provide the details for your project.

Is Brivendale only for businesses?

No. Individual learning and personal knowledge projects are part of the offer alongside business websites, agents, automation and creative work. You can bring a question, a task you want to learn or a defined build requirement. The preparation and scope depend on what you need.

What happens after I enquire?

We use your description to understand the task, required inputs and suitable next step. Work is agreed through a written scope or order; an enquiry is not an accepted project or a payment obligation. The enquiry page explains the actual delivery method and availability. You can also contact support@brivendale.co.uk.

What should I include in a brief?

Describe the desired result, who will use it, what already exists and any important timing or budget limits. Examples help when you have permission to use them. Leave passwords, account keys, unnecessary personal information and confidential third-party documents out of an initial enquiry. We can agree a suitable access route if the project needs one.

Are all advertised prices fixed totals?

Each offer states its price basis and starting scope: fixed fee, hourly rate, range or starting price. Known unavoidable charges must be included in the advertised price. A component that genuinely cannot be calculated in advance needs an equally prominent calculation method beside it. The written quote confirms the actual scope and total or calculation before you commit. Optional additions and changes need agreement. Brivendale is not registered for UK VAT and does not add UK VAT; other applicable tax treatment depends on the supply and customer.

How and when would I pay?

The payment method, dates and any stages are confirmed with the written quote or order. Sending an enquiry does not authorise a charge. Do not assume every service uses the same deposit or balance arrangement. For a released fixed download, the product listing and checkout must state the total and delivery terms before purchase.

Can you work with tools or a website I already have?

We assess the agreed platform, access, source files and requirements before promising a change. Keeping a suitable existing tool can be sensible. Support for one task or platform does not establish compatibility with every version, application or integration; the proposal identifies what is included and what needs checking.

What happens to account access and private information?

Use information you own or are permitted to use. We agree which accounts, documents and tools a project needs, with appropriate access and processing arrangements. Do not send raw credentials in a brief. The privacy notice describes the website's actual processing; project-specific personal-data responsibilities may also need separate terms.

Who owns the files and accounts after the work?

Ownership, licences, account control and handover formats belong in the written order. An agreed editable source is described by its actual format and limitations. Third-party software, fonts, images and platforms may have their own conditions. A completed project does not automatically transfer every third-party right or provide an unspecified native editing file.

What counts as an extra revision or change?

Each offer describes its included revisions, and the written scope identifies the deliverables and review process. Work outside that scope needs an agreed change and price before it starts. A revision allowance does not remove statutory remedies if supplied work is deficient. Explain the issue against the agreed scope so it can be assessed accurately.

Is ongoing support included?

The project handover and any ongoing care are separate agreed responsibilities. Proposed care plans describe bounded checks and minor-change allowances, rather than unlimited work or an emergency-resolution guarantee. The applicable term, renewal, cancellation and response arrangements must be confirmed before an ongoing service begins.

What should I check before buying a download?

Read its actual contents, file formats, prerequisites, tested scope, licence, delivery method and support information. A planned format is not yet for sale. A document or template kit is different from working software or an installed agent, and model/platform access is included only if explicitly stated. The released product's terms and customer-rights information apply.

What if I need to cancel or something is wrong?

Your rights depend on the actual contract and applicable law. Starting a service and supplying a paid download have different cancellation processes; a general terms checkbox does not remove all rights. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed work/content remain. Read projects and customer rights and cancellations and refunds, or contact support@brivendale.co.uk about the particular order.

For a specific starting point, explore the services, read the relevant guides or describe your project.
