The useful part of an integration is what happens between systems: a clear trigger, the right data and an outcome you can verify.
We map the current process, agree access and handle the points where work can fail, repeat or need a person. Your accounts and permissions remain part of the scope.
We need permission to access your accounts, confirm what the tools support and test the connection. Platform and usage charges are separate.
A clear path through the work
Agree the starting event, allowed information and destination. Identify manual checks that should remain.
Use supported APIs or existing tools where suitable. Keep secrets out of browser code and ordinary logs.
Test actual destination receipt where authorised, as well as errors and duplicates. A success banner is not delivery evidence.
Provisional service fees in GBP. We are not registered for UK VAT and do not add UK VAT. Required third-party costs depend on the agreed tools and use; each offer explains the calculation. Your written quote confirms the total or calculation before you commit. Open an offer to see the work, inputs, limits and acceptance checks before adding it to your brief.
The workflow may require an automation plan, mailbox and hosting. Calculate required plan fees + API/execution units used × provider rates. Existing suitable subscriptions may cover these. The written quote identifies requirements, expected usage and who pays. No UK VAT is added.
The system’s applications, hosting and execution requirements determine the additional costs. Calculate selected plan fees + billable API/execution units × provider rates. The written scope states the integrations and volume assumptions before an agreed total or calculation. No UK VAT is added.
Choose a bounded process with a clear owner, known inputs and an identifiable handoff or result. Explain where people currently copy, check or move information. The simple automation offer covers one agreed workflow between selected tools. We also need permission rules and test data; a broad wish to connect everything is not yet a buildable scope.
Not automatically. Start by describing your existing systems and the steps between them. We need to establish what access and connections are supported before agreeing the route. Application plans, API limits and other dependencies can affect the scope. A connection or migration is not included merely because a tool appears in the process map.
Those cases belong in the agreed checks, alongside the successful path. The workflow needs validation, useful error handling and a defined approach to duplicates, disconnection and recovery. The scope should identify who deals with unresolved issues. Seeing one successful run is not enough to establish that the integration can handle the situations your process requires.
A multi-app integration can cover a defined flow across an agreed set of applications, with logs and recovery guidance. We need a systems map, approved access, record ownership and sample data. Every application, custom API or migration is not automatically included. The written quote follows discovery and identifies the actual boundaries.
Ongoing costs depend on the chosen application, automation, mailbox, hosting and usage plans. Known unavoidable charges belong in the advertised price; genuinely variable components need an equally prominent calculation beside it. The written scope confirms the required route and costs. Optional additions need agreement. The build fee does not include unlimited future executions or unspecified provider subscriptions.
The work is defined around actual inputs, permissions, destination checks and failure and recovery behaviour, with required provider costs identified.
