A menu must be readable and accurate. A PDF must work in its intended format. A video needs a coherent story and an appropriate finish.
The source, audience and delivery format determine the work. We agree content, rights, revisions and editable-source expectations before production begins.
You can inspect fictional menu concepts in the studio. PDF, print and editable-source formats require their own agreed production and review checks.

Check the final export and promised editable source. Keep font, format and compatibility limitations visible.
Provisional service fees in GBP. We are not registered for UK VAT and do not add UK VAT. Required third-party costs depend on the agreed tools and use; each offer explains the calculation. Your written quote confirms the total or calculation before you commit. Open an offer to see the work, inputs, limits and acceptance checks before adding it to your brief.
Stock, music and other paid assets are optional unless the agreed concept requires a specific licence. Approved licences cost their supplier’s quoted fee. Extra versions are outside the stated scope and quoted before agreement. No UK VAT is added.
Digital delivery does not include printing. Printing is optional and priced by quantity, size, stock and finish. Any required font or image licence is identified at its supplier’s quoted fee before agreement; cleared or original alternatives may be used. No UK VAT is added.
Printing and extra formats are optional unless expressly included in the order. Print cost depends on quantity and specification. Any required asset/font licence is identified at its supplier’s quoted fee before agreement. No UK VAT is added.
Printing and specialist output requirements are separately scoped. Print cost depends on quantity, format and finish. Any required stock/font licence is identified at its supplier’s quoted fee before agreement; optional formats need approval. No UK VAT is added.
Yes. These offers start from supplied material and an agreed brief. Bring usable footage or audio, final copy, brand assets and the permissions needed for the intended use. The short video edit does not include filming or actors. Missing rights, extra versions or material that needs new production should be identified before the scope is agreed.
The short business PDF is for supplied content across one or two pages. The workbook offer is a scoped six-to-twelve-page layout with useful writing space and exercises you supply. Start with how the reader will use it: reading, printing or writing answers. Original course authoring, complex forms and unspecified extra formats are not assumed.
The editable source format must be agreed before work begins. Receiving editable source does not automatically mean a native Word or Canva project, and fonts or other components can affect compatibility. Tell us which application you need to use. Acceptance should include reopening and editing the agreed source, rather than relying only on the finished PDF or video.
Describe every required output at the start. The short video offer covers one agreed aspect ratio, while document formats and source requirements are scoped for the intended use. Extra versions, licensed assets and specialist output requirements can add work or costs. Each agreed export needs its own review; one approved version does not automatically cover every format.
We work from your approved content and check the exact output against the brief. A menu needs its protected names and prices checked; a document also needs layout, export and agreed source reopening. Video review includes picture, sound, exact text and branding. Content approval and format checks have different jobs, and neither should be assumed from the other.
Supplied content, permitted assets, intended output and editable-source format are agreed, then the final export is checked for that use.
