Who we are
Brivendale Digital Ltd, company 17516111. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA. Email support@brivendale.co.uk.
We are responsible for personal information used to answer enquiries and manage customer relationships. This notice covers this website and its enquiry route. A project involving personal information needs its own agreed access and processing arrangements.
What the website collects
Netlify hosts this website. Visiting it sends technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to the hosting service for delivery, security and operation.
While you fill in or review an enquiry, your name, email, project description, budget and timing stay in the page. They are not saved in browser storage. Selected service identifiers are held in session storage so you can move between pages. A downloaded brief is a file on your device.
Choosing Send enquiry submits your reviewed details, selected services and a request reference to Netlify Forms. Netlify stores submissions and filters spam, and sends an email notification to support@brivendale.co.uk, our Spacemail mailbox. Downloading a brief does not submit it. A submission response does not establish that a particular email has reached the inbox.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you enquire. Providing details is your choice, although we need enough information to answer. Please do not include passwords, sensitive information or confidential third-party material.
People, providers and AI
Information is accessible to those who need it to answer your request or supply the agreed work. Netlify, Inc. provides hosting, form processing and spam filtering through its service providers. Spaceship, Inc. supplies our Spacemail mailbox. The website does not send your enquiry to an AI service. Optional mailbox AI tools are separate features and are not activated by submitting this form.
These providers process information outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Their published processing terms include contractual safeguards for relevant international transfers. See Netlify’s data processing agreement and Spaceship’s data processing addendum. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry. We do not promise UK-only storage.
The Studio’s Brain, Control Room and 3D scenes are labelled illustrations. They do not process your enquiry or make automated decisions about you. We do not sell enquiry information. Any project requiring personal data, contractors or AI processing needs separately agreed access and data arrangements.
Keeping and clearing information
Use Clear details to remove the current form contents and service selection from your device. It does not delete a submission already sent. Closing the page removes the in-page form; session storage normally ends with the browser tab’s session, although a browser may restore a session. You control downloaded copies on your device.
We retain enquiry records while needed to answer and follow up your request. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence may become part of the project record. We keep records required for accounting, legal obligations or justified claims for the applicable period, then remove information no longer needed. Retention depends on the purpose and any live dispute or legal requirement; it is not indefinite merely because storage is available.
Submitting creates copies in Netlify Forms and our mailbox. Clearing the page does not remove those copies. Contact support@brivendale.co.uk to ask about deletion. Provider backup cycles and any lawful retention requirements can affect when every copy is removed.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing at any time. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Contact support@brivendale.co.uk. We normally respond to rights requests within one month; if a lawful extension or clarification is needed, we explain it. We may ask for proportionate information to establish identity. Do not send unnecessary identity documents.
We acknowledge data-protection complaints within 30 days, investigate and keep you informed without undue delay. You may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office, or the relevant EU supervisory authority where EU law applies. Contact us before providing a young person’s details for training.
