A clear cancellation statement with enough information to identify your order is sufficient. You may use the model form below, but do not have to. This website does not conclude contracts online and the form does not submit anything automatically.
Distance service contracts
If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you can normally cancel without giving a reason during the 14 days beginning after the day the contract is entered into.
If you want work to start during that period, we must obtain your express request and give the required information first. If you cancel before completion, you may owe a lawful proportionate amount for service supplied following that request. Starting alone does not remove cancellation. Loss of the right after full performance requires the necessary request and acknowledgement.
You do not owe a cooling-off-period service charge if the legally required cancellation/payment information or express early-start request was missing. A custom-made service is not automatically excluded from cancellation.
Digital content
Paid downloads have a separate early-supply process: express consent to supply during the cancellation period, acknowledgement of losing the change-of-mind right when supply begins, and the required retainable confirmation. A general terms checkbox is not a substitute.
Without that process, early supply does not simply end your rights. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain. The skill, pack and toolkit formats shown here are planned and not for sale.
Refunds and other remedies
Where cooling-off cancellation entitles you to reimbursement, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of cancellation. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Any lawful proportionate service charge will be explained.
A UK statutory service or digital-content price-reduction refund has a different trigger: payment is due without undue delay and within 14 days beginning with the day we agree you are entitled to that refund, by the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without a refund fee.
Tell us if work or content is faulty, misdescribed or inconsistent with the agreement. No blanket no-refunds policy applies. Missing required cancellation information can extend rights. This information does not shorten any right given by applicable law.
