Privacy complaints
We acknowledge data-protection complaints within 30 days and investigate and provide updates without undue delay. This is separate from the usual one-month period for data-rights requests. You may complain to the ICO, or a relevant EU supervisory authority where applicable.
Using the site
The site offers keyboard-operated navigation and controls, visible focus, labelled form errors, reduced-motion behaviour, still views and a static fallback for 3D. The film has controls, a transcript and a visual description. Synchronised captions are not currently enabled; the transcript provides the spoken wording.
If an animation is uncomfortable, use its pause or still-view control. You can also enable reduced motion in your device settings. Information and enquiry access do not depend on playing the film or manipulating a 3D object.
