Start with the work.
Then choose the tools.

Bring a specific process, a decision you are weighing or a skill you or your team want to learn. A useful session should leave you with a clearer next step.

Preparation and examples are agreed before a session. Training is available for individual learners and businesses. It can focus on everyday use, a team workflow or how to judge and improve AI output without treating it as automatic approval.

Session preparation, audience and examples are agreed first. Advice is not a promise of a particular business result.

A clear path through the work

Find a worthwhile starting point

Review the process and tools already in place. Separate an immediate improvement from work that needs a pilot.

Work through real examples

Use cleared or fictional material to explain the method, its limitations and how to check the result.

Make the next step concrete

Record actions, responsibilities and any questions that need further investigation. Scope implementation separately.

A defined scope.
A clear starting price.

Questions about consultancy and training

Can I book training as an individual rather than a business?

Yes. The individual consultation and training offer is a focused remote session around your topic, starting knowledge and goals. You can bring a question you want to understand or a task you want to learn. The aim is practical examples and a clear next step, rather than requiring you to arrive as part of a team.

Do I need to understand AI before we discuss a session?

Tell us what you already know and what you would like to do. That helps define an appropriate topic and practical examples before a session is agreed. Include any software you use or expect to use. Required access and licences need to be clear; a model account or accredited qualification is not included in the training offer.

What should I prepare for a consultation?

Bring a specific question, your intended outcome and relevant examples you are allowed to share. Explain any difficulty you have already encountered and your starting knowledge. For a team session, include participants, goals and software access. We use that information to agree the topic and preparation, rather than treating an initial enquiry as a confirmed booking.

Should I choose an individual session or a small-team workshop?

Choose the individual session for a focused topic and a practical action note for one learner. The proposed workshop scope is a remote half-day for up to five people, with an agreed topic, exercises and a takeaway guide. Discuss participants and skill levels first so the agenda and any additional preparation are clear.

Will training include building the system for me?

Implementation is separate from the consultation or workshop scope. Training helps you work through the agreed topic and identify a practical next step; it does not include a custom course build or ongoing support. If you want a system built afterwards, that work needs its own written scope, price and acceptance checks rather than being assumed part of the session.
