SUPPLIER AND PAYMENT SELLER
Brivendale Digital Ltd, company number 17516111, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA. Contact support@brivendale.co.uk for the kit files, licence and product support. For eligible international purchases using Stripe Managed Payments, the merchant of record is the seller identified on Stripe checkout and your Stripe receipt. Its purchase, payment and refund terms are shown there. Brivendale provides the work kit and licence. UK direct purchases remain with Brivendale Digital Ltd.

YOUR WORK KIT
The product and GBP total are shown on its product page, at checkout and in your order confirmation. Each work kit is an offline ZIP containing a PDF guide and the editable templates, examples and files listed for that kit. It is not an installed AI agent, software subscription, accredited course, custom implementation or coaching service. A ZIP reader and PDF viewer are needed; use a text editor for Markdown/JSON and spreadsheet software for CSV. Any optional AI assistant or editing application has its own account, terms and charges.

PRICES AND LOCATION
Prices are one-time GBP totals: AI Learning Starter £19; Personal Knowledge Starter £29; Workflow Planning Kit £39; Website Content Planner £29. Brivendale is not VAT registered. For international Managed Payments purchases, Stripe calculates and handles applicable indirect taxes in supported locations. These approved GBP prices include any tax included in the price; no additional Brivendale subscription or delivery fee applies. There is no Brivendale subscription or postage for these downloads. Stripe may offer payment in a local currency and shows the final amount and currency before payment. Its conversion can include a conversion charge. Your bank may apply its own charges. The GBP list prices remain as stated.
Purchasing is available only in the countries listed at checkout. Select your actual billing country. UK direct purchases require UK eligibility; supported international purchases use Managed Payments. If verified payment or location checks fail, supply is held for review. Contact support with your order reference; content we cannot provide is handled through the applicable seller refund route. International visitors elsewhere can still view the site and enquire about services.

ORDER AND DELIVERY
Continue to Stripe does not itself charge you. Stripe securely handles payment details. We confirm paid status directly with Stripe, record your consent and provide a retainable confirmation by email before enabling download. Your order has a short BD- reference; retain it for support.
Download and keep a backup. Browser access and recovery links expire for security; use the recovery page or contact support for a fresh access route. The licence covers the supplied files and includes no promised lifetime updates or indefinite online hosting.

IMMEDIATE SUPPLY AND CANCELLATION
Before an instant download, you separately choose to request supply during the cancellation period and acknowledge loss of the change-of-mind cancellation right when supply begins. These choices are separate from agreeing to the terms and are not preselected.
Consumers ordinarily have 14 days after the contract is entered into to cancel a distance digital-content contract. Where applicable law permits this, the change-of-mind right ends only when the legal early-supply requirements are met and supply begins. Mandatory local cancellation or refund rights and the payment seller terms remain applicable. We supply the required confirmation and record when a download response starts. If you do not want early supply, contact us before purchasing to discuss an alternative.
For an international Managed Payments order, you can also use the purchase-support route on your Stripe receipt. Brivendale will help direct a cancellation or refund request to the payment seller. A clear cancellation statement sent to support@brivendale.co.uk or the registered office is sufficient; the optional model form is at https://brivendale.co.uk/cancellations.html. Include your name, order reference, product and request. Where cancellation entitles you to reimbursement, we refund without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day period, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

SINGLE-PERSON LICENCE
One individual purchaser may keep and adapt the guide, prompts and templates for their own personal and business work. They may give a client a completed output made for that client.
Do not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute or offer the underlying guide, blank templates, prompt collection or substantially equivalent source package as a competing download. Other people need their own permission/licence. A team licence is not included.
You retain rights in content you add, subject to third-party rights. The offline kit does not send your notes or client material to Brivendale. Optional applications are supplied by their own providers.

SUPPORT AND STATUTORY REMEDIES
Email support@brivendale.co.uk with your order reference, product/version, affected file and the issue. Do not send passwords or confidential client material. File support does not include individual coaching, customisation, installation or unlimited support.
Tell us if content is missing, corrupt, faulty or misdescribed. Applicable rights to repair/replacement, price reduction or other remedies remain. A lawful UK digital-content price-reduction refund is made without undue delay and within 14 days after entitlement is agreed, by the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without a refund fee.
No blanket no-refunds policy applies. A full refund or a disputed payment can suspend further download access while the matter is resolved. This does not remove statutory rights.

YOUR RIGHTS
Nothing here excludes fraud, liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer protections, including those in your country of residence, remain. Nothing here limits any greater cancellation, remedy or refund right under mandatory local law or the payment seller terms. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain the protection and court rights applicable where they live.
These terms cover the identified work-kit purchase. Other services require their own written scope and agreement. A later terms change does not retrospectively replace the confirmation for your order.
